can not play new raid? please help

i can load in with my character fine and play every other quest it seems fine. however the first time i attempted to run through the subterrean explorer area towards the hound of xoriat my load screen froze with about 5% blue load bar completed while trying to load into the subterrean east. i uninstalled the program and reinstalled today but am running into the same issue. this is preventing me from even arriving to the quest... please help me.

Froze as in crashed or just stopped loading (network wise) if it was a crash please post a dxdiag, thanks.

froze as in i can still talk to my party through voicechat but all i can look at is a loading screen for hours,. this has happened repeatedly and doesnt seem to happen in other areas,.

Hows your Connection Speed? Whats your average Latency? Are you gettng significant packet loss?

i dont have the "best" internet connection but it is DSL and have had no probelems with it for the last year or so.

my latency is averaging about 105.0 and i am having 0.0% loss..


how do i post a dxdiag?
