On my barb I use dual WoP Hvy picks. Crit on a 17 and do 140+ damage on crits. I have a WoP dagger and SS sitting in the bank because on a barb the 10% better proc rate (0.03 con per hit difference) of the Dagger or SS is eclipsed by the superior x4 crit damage of the pick. On a barb, and only a barb, the Pick is a more efficient WoP weapon. The only WoP weapon better on a barb is a Rapier, which is the undisputed king. But considering what WoP rapiers trade for I can live with taking one second longer to kill the mob with my Hvy Picks.

A WoP weapon is good for 98% of all content while 12 larges onyl gets you a single affinity tier 3 upgrade. Personally I think its a steal for the value of the weapon.
