Default Dev question and sug *NB

    Qstn 1:

Currently, monks do not become un-centered while wielding non monk weapons. Is this intentional or a bug? I dont want to splash monk for the wisdom AC if this will be fixed when i'm capped and have bound loot.

    Qstn 2:

Will monks gain the ability to wield staffs in 2wf fashion in the future? i.e. 2 hits per attack.

    Sug:

Give us the ability to fully respec a toon (at cost). i.e. strip the toon to level 1, keep bound items and tomes, but potentially reallocate abilities and change alignment.

    thanks-c

They do become un-centered. Maybe you mean to say that they don't lose their AC bonuses, which is true.

That's a good suggestion. Favor should be kept too, XP repetition counters on quests should be reset. Also it would be nice if you could choose to respec just a few levels at a time, but that would be more complicated than just wiping all the way back down to 1.

Not that I truly plan on using it, but I like this idea. Pay a rather large sum for a total respec. You lose all your levels, keeping all you items, any inherent bonuses become equivalent tomes (bound of course), and any ability bonuses beyond the orginal 28 (or 32) points are lost (these would be your level-up increases) or, better yet, your stats are totally reset and are redone right at the trainer. You are then given enough XP equal to what you had before you reset and can level normally (kind of what they did for the Mod 2 beta test on Risia). You make all your choices over again.

No messy skill points to handle, just reassign them as you level again. The only problem I could see is some one resetting, then only leveling part of the way...Not so much of a problem as something potentially confusing for develment (i.e. what to do with the any XP gained). Thusly, you'd have to force someone to re-level fully before leaving the trainer.

This last could be solved by making the reset trainer in a public instance that cannot be left with unspent levels.
