Alright... so this build is absolutely killing me.I am or -was- a powergamining munchkinating addict. A couple other comments... I have a fighter/cleric battle cleric build and that's not really what I'm going for here. For instance my starting strength was a 10.
So here is my plight. This build concept is pretty much something I would never have made much less invited to my party
My stats are high enough to be an effective rogue and not be totally short when it comes to spell points. However the build has no melee capabilities
Currently leveling a dwarven rogue / cleric. Our group is not really running elite settings and we're basically just screwing off and having fun.
Here is the level progression I was intending on following but am looking for more "flavor."
1: Rogue
2,3: Cleric
4: Rogue
5,6: Cleric
7: Rogue
8,9: Cleric
10: Rogue
11,12: Cleric
13: Rogue
14,15,16: Cleric
Basically the rogue levels are in that pattern to keep rogue abilities at max in between training them as cross-class skills on the cleric levels.
Feats so far:
1. Dragonmark of Warding (I took this for the +2 to search, and actually decided that exploding easter eggs were kinda silly)
3. Extend Spell
6. Dragonmark ?
9. Quicken?
12. Empower Healing ?
15. Dragonmark ?
The end intent is being able to spell cast heal. My charisma is terrible so I don't think I will bother with Improved turning but I may take the last two warding dragonmarks just for the hell of it. Although I have thought about taking the extra turning feat just so I can get multiple uses out of divine healing. The other thing I've been contempleting is swapping out a rogue level for a monk level , picking up toughness with the bonus feat, and using the water stance for an extra +2 to wisdom. Does spell casting break your stance? The character has a 16 int which nets me 11 Skill points per rogue level and 5 per cleric level. That's almost max rank in Search, Disable, Spot, Unlock, UMD.
Where im getting lost on numbers is if I trade out 2 additional rogue levels for 2 more cleric levels (13 cleric, 2 Rogue, 1 Monk) for Destruction I'd be missing out on 12 skill points.
Anyways the build is at level 3 at the moment, 1 rogue, 2 cleric. I've consumed a +2 wis tome and have no intention of pugging the character. So please come up with some crazy ideas.![]()
Ill post the characters stats as soon as I get them.
