Default Customers need a voice....and answers!

    No WDA...
I can see that you might have thought it was time consuming and took to much work foe a weekly post.

    But we need communication!
    You need communication!

We need a warm fuzzy.....often!!! To reassure us that this game is still going strong.
That our concerns are actually being addressed. Etc.

All companies need feedback from customers!
    Customers are your job!
Giving the customers what they want is your number one job!

Keeping us in the dark,....feeling neglected and ignored does not keep us happy or give us what we want.

I understand the need for some secrets....I understand that being forced into a schedule can keep you from doing the ohter parts of your job well.

But we really want to know what is planned for this game.

Some of us are hard core D&D enthusiests, and will be here no matter what.
But most of us will run right over the the next greatest game, if it realy gives them what they want.
And new customers will be hard to get without a strong word-of-mouth, happy feling from your current customers.

I want this game to continue for the rest of my life!
But I am very needy and need constant reassurance, and hope for bigger and better things to come in the future.

    So......keep me informed....often!
    Very Often!

Because part of your paycheck comes from me.

Thx for your work so far.....it is a very enjoyable game and does usually make me happy.

    Give me Druids!
    Give me Epic play!
if you feel the preassure for 4.0....well......give me Druids first, and find a way to keep my old chars......or at least give me about a year to play a Druid....before I have to scrap everything and start over.
I gave up a life of farming to become an Adventurer.

    "I pay your Salary"

4 words that immediatly render any argument you could ever make utterly meaningless.

I reply to that one with: "I'll see you in a couple days then."

Usually in that time I have discussed things at length with the Owner and come to an agreement with him. I've gotten 4 promotions that way, and 11 people fired.

I've also been given people to train before I move to another state/area because of this attitude.

We have a voice, and a pretty loud one. We just don't realize that fact because everyone is talking at once.

As for feedback, visit the websites noted as the ones that will be giving updates regarding Turbine's activity. They don't have to post it here...

DDO customers do have a voice, it's called DDOcast, seriously the devs listen to that, if you want to say something or ask the devs something, drop jerry a note, the least he can do is give it to the devs for you. Other then that, you get Dev attention by not demanding it, and trying to actually be civil about your complaints.

The customers need a voice? They've got the entire forums to provide feedback. Look at this one alone with its thousands of posts. The customers here use their voice all the time.

What customers need is regular responses from Turbine, whether it is in a WDA or just them responding in threads to questions posed.
