If you go from light to dark or dark to light and you have the attack from enhancements, does it automatically change it for you or return the APs?

I dont think you can. you have to chose a path at level 3. can you change that choice?

I've done this; it resets your action points entirely. In effect you're re-specing the feat and getting an action point reset for free.
