I could be wrong, but doesn't CoH has this same issue. I know for a fact it did with NPCs. Got stuck in a bloody closet because of one of them back when I tried it out.
Not the reduction of boobies, but the whole sold character bit.

We've been passing this around at work and getting some chuckles out of it.
My friend said that the best part about the whole thing is that the players could easily go into sneak mode and pass right through the guy's horse... meaning the griefing only works on newbs... which makes it that much sweeter, I think.
