How long does it take for them to get to the tickets? Hours or just days?

Depending on the server traffic. If there are alot of people on as there are now with the new mod, it can take them several hours to respond. If you catch an early morning when the server is quite unpopulated, you receive an almost immediate response. Your choices suck but it comes down to how much time you are willing to wait versus how fast you can rerun the bugged quest. I know I have personally waited about 3 hours in SC about 2 years ago.... Now I know it is easier to rerun or log out and back in depending on the issue you have the ticket in for.
