I have a Sorrell (believe this is how it is spelled) shield. It is not bound. It is a +5 shield with +4 resitance and +4 protection.
Not sure what value is so if anyone with a fair plat offer would send me what they would be willing to pay I hope to part with this item.
Based on what it does and how rare item is I was hoping to get between 1.5 to 2 million plat.

that is a shield that you make from the necro shield pieces....

the shield pieces are worth roughly as follows - 1 (30k) 2 (30k) (3) 450k (4) 400k (5) 100k (6) 100k (7) 125k (8) 125k

which would be just over 1.25 - but that would let you select any shield - id put the price of your item anywhere from 500k to 750k plat, but that might be a little bit conservative

MAX PLAT. Or trade only. That shield rocks and good luck finding piece 3&4 that cheap on AH let alone find a group willing to farm it even though Ghosts is a piece of cake esp at lvl 16. I will be adding the +1 armor to mine when they fix that issue. If I see one for 750k plat buyout today I will be the proud owner of 2.

Great looking shield too and I believe it was the only +5 of the bunch.

Make a deal asap....as crafting of armour gets here it may become less valuable. Peeps are already ikrked about there 2 death nips being worth less.

You may want to have another look at your shield as both of my shield piece shields are now bound.

Just checked. Mine is now listed as "Binds on aquire". Though it is not listed as bound and it did let me put it in the mailbox. So I guess this gives you one more transfer of your shield... whoever gets it in mail or trade window will get it as bound. I think... I didn't actually try mailing it for obvious reasons.

Hey resistance is dropping on shields now...considerably decreases the value of the shield considering...

The protection on Sorrell is nice but no self respecting tank would be happy with only +4 when +5 items are available. The only reason I use it is to double up the resistance item and free slots-I still wear a +5 protect item separately and probably most tanks do.

While you can get resistance and protection on shields, I don't think you can get a +5 shield with resistance +4 yet. Not sure of the Min requirements.
