Check the patches and bindat folders in your DDO directory (from the looks of your launcher log, F:\Program Files\Turbine\Dungeons & Dragons Online - Stormreach\). If there are any files in those folders, move them manually to your main DDO folder. Then clear your Internet Explorer temporary internet files (regardless as to what you use to browse the internet) and try patching again.

Next step is attempting to force a repatch. Go to the Backup folder in your DDO program folder, copy the contents of that folder to your main DDO folder and start the launcher. It should start the patch process over again.

nope. it did something to the installer and the installer had to be restarted, but then it got to the same spot, and did the same thing. as in, it didnt totally restart the launcher. when i restrt the d/l, it goes back to the spot where it dies at. no new d/l or anything. it just re-dos the launcher. nothing to do with the patch from today. Yeah. I sent it off to a couple people to look at, but it gets slower for a response the further it goes up the chain.
The initial feeling is a corrupt dat file that is not allowing the system to over-write it. The only fix for that is a reinstall. I was trying to wait for more information from other people here before telling you to do that though.

It's account based. All of that stuff is saved at the account level. That's the reason you could log on to a different computer and you would still have access to those benefits.
I honestly can't say when I will get further information, you may want to start downloading the install file now. If it finishes downloading, go ahead and uninstall, delete the ddo folders, and reinstall and update. Because I don't know how long until we have an answer, it may be faster in the long run.
