bugged quest

i know this is wrong forum and i hope i can get some help anyway the ingame help button does not work for me im trying to put in a gameplay ticket i am at the end of running with the devils on elite last fight everything is dead bearded devil teleported away with 20% and did not come back id like completion on elite and favor without running the entire quest again iv'e been in here too long already

This happens often in this quest. I'll note our in-game-customer-service fix for it was disappointing. We had 1 devil to kill and we thought we were asking the GM to respawn it. He told our leader that we needed to leave the "room". Finally he respawned the devil and we marched out to kill it... only the dm actually respawned all the named mobs and was going to autocomplete it for us... but I guess the autocomplete doesn't work if you aggro those mobs... so we got quest credit and wiped and the GM told us we shouldn't have been in that "room". So if you do get an in game DM... and he says to get out of that room... he means move back to the "bring the bridge down area" so as not to aggro any final mobs so he can cycle the quest to completed.

I'm afraid you will need a GM to fix this for you. If you are unable to submit a ticket, please have a fellow party-member submit a help request and a GM can remedy this.

Pubilc Service Announcement: When the GM asks you to please leave the room while they are fixing it, you will want to go all the way out of the room. If the Devils see you it can be very difficult to kill them in time before they kill/wipe a party member/party.

They are devils after all, what else would you expect?
