Paraphrasing, but basically thats it - until there is an official response one way or the other, I will assume no one at Turbine is aware of the level of feelings on the subject, and keep posting about it. Daily if I feel like it.

On Risia, I was able to creat a Monk where before I had been over the limit on characters. To make a second monk, I had to delete several characters before getting a live 'Create' button again.
Theoretically, it would seem there will be an extra slot given. Or it could have just been a Risia thing.
