Halfling Speciality Class

I was thinking that the Master Thrower Prestige Class from the Complete Warrior should be added as a Halfling PrC like elves have Arcane Archer. Granted Elf is a requirement for Arcane Archer in PnP whereas Halfling is not for Master Thrower, but Master Thrower goes along with already created Halfling enhancements. Trip shot, sneaky shot, and two for one would all be pretty easy to implement, though sneaky shot should probably be a bluff vs spot, since sleight of hand does not exist in DDO.

The Skiprock Champion PrC (which was not published in Races of the Wild) is better, and it's halfling-specific too.
