Pulled this handy item last night and just curious on what kinda offers I can get. Its ML 14 no RR. Perfect offhand vorpal.

Interested in +2 cha or wis tomes. W/P rapier. Other then that I'm not in dire need of anything so just hit me up with some kinda offer that I can't refuse if interested.
