I am trying to resolve a problem with my forum account, and have emailed ddoforumsupport@turbine.com 7 times. I have never received a response or even an acknowledgment that they even received those 7 emails.
How do I escalate to the next level of service to resolve my issue when there is no response from ddoforumsupport@turbine.com ? Is there another path I can take to get my issue resolved?
