I had an in game issues with GM, which I have already e-mail
turbinesupportexperience@turbine.com about.
The Senior GM was not very helpfully and seems like he had already had his mind made up he wasn’t even going to try and help.
I have been a member for about three years and have had dealings with GM and SGM and things have not always gone my way but I have always felt like the Game master did what they could to deal with the problems.
But after this morning issue, It would have been no different if he would have came right out and called me lair about my situation that he didn’t even take 2 mins from his time to research.
I know the month fee they charge for this game is not a lot but I work hard for my money and I think I deserve more the 2 mins of a SGM time and be treated as a person with in game issues and not as if I have just committed a crime or lying or trying to steal something from them. It’s worth the time, trouble or money to me.
As I have said I have e-mail turbine about the issue with the GM and would love to try and get all my in game issue taken care today. It may not be as important to you but it is to me.
I’ll be online all day on the thelanis server as CPMD.
