    Default Need Customer Service

    I had an in game issues with GM, which I have already e-mail turbinesupportexperience@turbine.com about.


    The Senior GM was not very helpfully and seems like he had already had his mind made up he wasn’t even going to try and help.

    I have been a member for about three years and have had dealings with GM and SGM and things have not always gone my way but I have always felt like the Game master did what they could to deal with the problems.

    But after this morning issue, It would have been no different if he would have came right out and called me lair about my situation that he didn’t even take 2 mins from his time to research.

    I know the month fee they charge for this game is not a lot but I work hard for my money and I think I deserve more the 2 mins of a SGM time and be treated as a person with in game issues and not as if I have just committed a crime or lying or trying to steal something from them. It’s worth the time, trouble or money to me.


    As I have said I have e-mail turbine about the issue with the GM and would love to try and get all my in game issue taken care today. It may not be as important to you but it is to me.

    I’ll be online all day on the thelanis server as CPMD.

    It would be a bit easier for me to shed some light on the situation if you describe what the issue was or include a ticket # for me to reference. Otherwise there is little I can say or do as I do not know what your complaint is in regards to.

    Thanks Sparker for your quick reply,


    The in-game issue was more or less due to me wasting my raw materials because of the lag / alter which due to the SGM was impossible. It couldn’t happen and/but it is impossible to get them back so pretty much I have wasted my time the last month gathering them all up.

    It’s really not about the game issue anymore. It was about the way it was handle.
    No worries I have already decide to cancel my account. I really don’t like the idea of me paying to play game that when I have a issue that I need help with that I ending up getting treated like **** instead.

    The first ticket 1417353 I put in was closed with no warning to me or not evening and tell to let me know it was closed. BTW It was closed by the SGM that cut me off short on the second ticket 1417409 once it made to him.

    I do want to thank for your time and hope that maybe turbine can take care of the way issues are handle with the costumers.

    I have enjoy the last three years of DDO and it will be my last MMO game.

    I'm sorry to hear you are leaving the game Splitter.

    As far as your report, as the SGM stated to you, there are no known issues with "lag" causing the incorrect item type to be crafted. Asking you to submit a Bug Report is not implying that you are lying to us. It simply means we have never had a report of lag causing the incorrect weapon type (a dagger instead of a khopesh I believe it was?) being crafted, so this issue does need to be reported to QA so that they can review the incident further.

    Again I am sorry to hear you are leaving the game and had problems with the crafting system, but in all fairness no GM or SGM ever called you a liar or implied that you were trying to deceive us.

    Wow it is obviously you did not read the same conversation as I had with the SGM. But then again I really did expect that you would because if you knew this stuff was going on I won’t had any that issues to start with. It is a sad for a company when their Customer Service department cannot service the customer with the respect they deserver.

    I read the entire conversation between yourself and the 2 GMs you spoke to. Both GMs were polite and professional with you the entire conversation. You did not accept what the GMs had stated to you and became more and more hostile and even used profanity towards the GM.

    Both GMs handled your ticket properly. I am sorry again to hear you are leaving and wish you luck in your future gaming endeavors.
