Way of the assassin doesn't get a speed boost, way of the acrobat does, and thats only with quarterstaves. Not sure if they stack though.

I hadnt considered such a class combination which now makes me rethink my current rogue build I am working on of 1 barb/15 rogue. Perhaps 1monk/15 rogue with wind stance would have been a better choice! =)

Okay, re-asking to see if the faster qstaves stack because that was my actual (albeit poorly phrased) question.

I could be wrong, but I don't believe there is a monk enhancement that boosts quarterstaff speed. There is the air stance that boosts unarmed and shuriken speeds only. If there is a monk quaterstaff enhancement that I was not aware of though...then I don't know.
My Videos Shadow Mage (ok, it's a build now)

Air stance also boost kama and q-staff speeds. Still no clue if it stacks but plausible.

If they do stack then may be better to go with 6 levels of ranger for the tempest speed boost and dual wield kamas. That should give you about a 20% speed boost all the time. Which is only 5% less than haste. Add in haste and you would have some of the best dps or stat damage around.
