It's a solid but not spectacular pit fiend beater.
I'd say of the order 125k PP (a little more than a +5 transmuting khopesh, as your sword is IMO slightly better - 5 more average damage, 2 less accuracy). +5 transmuters tend to go for about 75-100k PP, hence the guess of 125.
Were it to have any additional mods at all, it could be quite a bit more.I don't have a zerging problem.
