Put it up for auction on teh forus. I have seen them go for incredible piles of loot. Youshould be abel to get ALL of your items you want and some (millions) gold.

I would agree, I have seen them go for 600 to 900K plat on the auction. SS and daggers that is. Rapier is max buyout and could get more if you found the buyer.

Just use it. The actual utility of this item is far more worthy than the plat.

Were it a rapier, it'd be worth something like 10 million plat (i.e. noone would ever trade it for plat, but you could get about 10m PP worth of gear for it, for example 60 larges with no **** ones.)

As a shortsword, I'd say of the order 2-2.5 million plat.
