Default Key mapping issues with new pc.

ok so I bought a new pc and after installing ddo I cannot duplicate my old key mapping. On my old pc left mouse button was interact( gates, npcs, etc), and the middle mouse button moved the camera any way I wanted. New pc does both interact and camera with the left mouse button. Also the camera now always seems to follow my character I cannot pan the camera arround so I am looking at the front of my avatar.

I renamed both my ddo.keymap file and my user preference file then copied my old files into my ddo directory and still there is no change. I thought for sure duplicating those files on the new pc would do the trick, but it doesn't seem to work.

My family will be joining me soon playing ddo and i wanted both pc's to work the same. Thanks in advance.

Nm, turns out the new computer came with a defective mouse. Went and got another mouse from the office and the issue was resolved.
