Hello, i am looking for an arcane archer who use both longbow and dmg spells. must be human, must have good con and toughness feat, just passable cha, must not be a wimp, good hits with bow and spells, looking to use chain mail or half-plate which ever haves the armor that looks like a robe, 28 build, good UMD and jump, sound doable?

Most anything is doable. Builds are done based on what you need in a character. Sounds like you want a ftr/rngr/wiz(or sorc) build. Wiz so you maximize your int and not worry about cha. Also more flexible. The good part would be the ability to utilize flame arrow wands so you won't run out of ammo (as often lol). Good luck and let us know how it turns
