    Good build.

Looks like you have an odd number dex at lvl 16 (29).

Could start with 17 dex and get a 10 Int....and an extra point somewhere (con?). Just a thought.

    Ah....it's ok then.

I was just thinking that by starting with a 17 dex instead of an 18 you get 3 points to put somewhere else.
I personally don't like an 8 Int because you lose skill points. So I suggested a 10 Int instead.
    That leaves 1 point.
I noticed you had a 13 con at lvl 16......so if you started with a 13 con instead of a 12 con, you would have a 14 con at lvl 16.
    thus more HP.

    But your build is fine.
And if you are building for the future even better.

just a observation, but why would you go with evil outsiders at level 1 and constructs as your level 15 Favored enemy. It seems to me that it would be best to switch those since you will be fighting more constructs at a lower level than evil outsiders. I'm not saying that you wont fight them at level 1-5, just that you'll be fighting constructs more.

once again not a criticism, but a observation

Where is Spring Attack and Ranger Tempest Enhancement. Archery pretty much sucks compared to 2WF, and personally I think shot on the run is usually a wasted set of feats (just pop a GH to detract from the -4). I understand a bow can be a lot of fun sometimes, and their great for soloing, but you should also think about the 2WF route. Both my Rangers use bows (some of the time), but they are built primarily for 2WF.
