I'm not a guy that complains about many things, but something really unfortunate happened to me today. After 4 months of work, my primary cleric toon finally hit 1750 favor and I got my +2 tome. In my excitement, I accidently clicked on the +2 intelligence tome instead of the +2 wisdom tome. Needless to say, I was really upset (mostly at myself)

A few people told me not to worry about it. They said the DDO Customer Support team was really great and would fix it. Afterall, they have fixed stuff like this in the past for other people. Unfortunetly, when I spoke to a GM today, he said there was nothing he could do. He suggested I post my feedback here if I wasn't satisfied with this recent change in service.

One thing I've been really happy with up until now, was the great Customer Service has been provided in the past. I hope things aren't sliding downhill. Is there anything that can be done? I'll admit that this was mostly my fault, but I hope this message is read by some sympathetic and compassionate eyes.
