There are lots of good Eberron novels out there.. and a couple of memorable shifter characters. Are we going to see shifters in DDO in our lifetimes? Any player thoughts on a shifter race?

Sirgog put up a recent thread about races the playerbase would like to see next.
Shifter and Planetouched (aasimar/tiefling) were pretty much the clear winners.
And I'd really like to see shifters. Checked out the eberron sourcebook, and they look doable, but only two of the trait lines would really fit (other ones are at best iffy with mechanics we currently have in game).

Might be possible when Druid goes live. shapechange was the reason druids were held for later.

If I ran DDO, shifters would be next on the list of (major) things to add.
