Now that transmuting is in the game, and thus the code exists for weapons to do more than one damage type, would it be possible to make Morningstars do both bludgeoning and piercing damage?

pretty sure wizards get the overall simple weapon proficiency, including sickles

they can, but theyre not proficient in them. same as they can use kamas or greatswords.
no, here is the wiz proficiency list (pulled from my wiz in game)
club, dagger, heavy xbow, light xbow, and .25staff.
edit: prof in only 1 type of dagger![]()
I never understood why they removed darts and slings from the wizard proficiency list.
