A question

My video card is crapping out so i am buying a new pc. I have the discs from when i bought the game in '06. My question is after I install the game on the new pc i than will have to have all the new content downloaded when i log on - is there a faster way to do this?

If you have access to a backup drive you can backup the .dat files for the game from your current ddo directory and then move those to the new ddo folder after you install to make the download less time consuming.
