People who are level 10 with a lfm up for people 12-16 so they don't have to really do anything. What do you hate?

The negativity on the forums. I try to come in here to learn how to get my toon not to be "gimped" and still play the way I want to play it, but to do that you have to go through 5 posts of flaming, 4 quotes out of context, 3 misinformation (stuff like you can't go tempest and deepwood sniper even though the gm and senior gm say if you want to put the feats into it you can), 2 spam solutions, and a (insert class here) needs a nerf bad.
I ain't looking for "can't we all just get along?", but can't we all just be civil and not take someones head off over a difference of opinion?

Why cant people who don't care about a topic not post in it?

I hate people who join a PUG (notice I said join, not start) and then proceed to lead the party without being 'handed' the leadership of the quest. I don't mean LFM's that say 'need guide', or that kind of thing. I mean a standard LFM, standard party, and someone who is not the leader just sort of taking charge and saying, 'OK, here's what we're gonna do'.

If you want to lead a group, put up an LFM.

It's the way fo the Zerg. I am guilty of it a lot; though I don't say anything really i just move faster than the people behind me

but that brings up another question... Why is it assumed that the person with the Star is the Leader? He/she is just the party former to meet his/her needs/goals.

Why? What do they get out of it? They are onlyhurting themselves. Their Loot is Reduced, They dont get any XP, Its a Lose Lose Situation.

However, quite often the person with the star does not lead. Simply organizing a group does not make someone a leader, only the group organizer. I am in no way supporting people taking over the group and turning it into a zerg fest (which I suspect leads to many complaints like this), but if you want to be the 'leader' then speak up and let the group know how you want to run the quest. I have run with just as many groups where the person with the star zones in and just stands there waiting for everyone else to go to work. If the 'leader' doesn't communicate then how is everyone else supposed to know? It's real easy, just a few words at the start is all it takes to get everyone on the same page.
