If you post it on the AH for 100,000 GP to start and 250,000 GP buyout, you'll probably get the buyout. A couple of weeks ago I posted several tomes and for the Physical stat enhancing tomes (Str, Dex, Con) I got 250,000 GP buyouts within a day. For the others (Int, Wis, Cha), I got 200,000 GP buyouts within a day or two at most.

You should get a bit more than that check the AH and go with the lower priced ones you see.

Along the same lines, a +2 would be "wasted" because there are +3's out there now. If that's the case, no one would ever use +1 or +2 tomes.

What I'm getting at is if you use a +1 tome and end up finding a +2, you should be able to redo your enhancements so that you aren't sitting at an odd stat number and then use the skill points you initially used to boost your stat to enhance your character in some other area. If you find a +3 eventually, rinse and repeat.

The tome should be worth about what people are mentioning. If STR isn't your cup-o-tea but something else might be, I might check out the tome swap thread to maybe find someone who will trade you another tome for it. Otherwise if ya need the cash, then sellin it is the way to go.
