Grown so bored with the same old grind, I've just been popping in now and again. Waiting for Monk to come out, or at least some new content. The devil invasion was a complete waste of time. Only so much loot you can get until you're fully outfitted and grow bored with the game sadly.

I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and assume that you've gotten your players mistaken and that by the "OP" you do not mean Drith or that you're just confused.

Also I agree with ya Byz. There's not much else out there that one could want when almost everyone can now craft the best stuff out there. Makes most sense.

Most of the noobs to the game get alienated from the forums because all the goods are so elite or they just don't know it exists.

Most of the veterans are looking for the same several items; firestorm greaves, w/p rapier, tome page sets.

Crafting has greatly cut down on any other DPS weapons ... kicks the arse of greater banes, it kicks butt on stat items because you can put it on whatever slot you want.

I think it is just a down time in DDO currently.

Not sure but I think he means that someone throws out a post and other folks flame the person that posted the trade/etc., which has lead to less people posting here. At least that's how I read it, but I've been wrong before.

I believe that what Bunk was trying to articulate was that most of the Thelanis market posts have degenerated to the following sequence:

1) Bob posts trade request.
2) Folks criticize Bob's trade request(right or wrong I don't care)
3) Bob gets cranky
4) Flame war ensues.

Now I could be wrong, but knowing bunk I don't think so, as if he was trying to flame you specifically he would have been far more direct(to make a point), or far more subtle.(To avoid the infraction police.)

I have found that it is far and between when I see a good trade post...

...I check these lists but what most folkes want for lets say a Paralyzing Quarter Staff or a couple Large Ingredients is generally rediculous.

What I think everyone really is seeing is called Spring Fever

You'll notice that the servers are quieter, now whether this is due to the recent fix issues creating excessive lag and faulty AI, or games like AoC doing beta... or even perhaps... people are just taking a break until the next mod, I'm not sure but like a cat in heat rubbing against his favorite scratch post... Spring is here and the next couple weeks might be quiet indeed...

...on the bright side... my cats like crunchies and Mila is getting Nib Nubbed soon

4 L which i can get in 2 and 20 minutes .....while the w/p drops 1 time every year if your lucky
