Im not sure what it's worth, but I know Ive never seen one like that at all....Twilight/Mithril/Shadow is a heck of a combo and +3 to boot? Id ask quite a bit for it. Good pull!

I've got a +3 Twilight Mithral chainshirt of Shadow gathering dust since I dont have a caster. Is this worth much?

I have a +2 twilight / mithril cs of stability. I used it for a long time. it didnt sell for 800k buyout / 400 min bid on the ah. only had 2 or 3 points perm damage so i kept it.
