What's up w/ the influx of greataxes from the shroud and VoN1 on the AH lately???

Normally, I'm not one to jump all over people for messing w/ the game, but these exploits just suck. There's a page or two full of the named greataxes from the shroud and VoN1 on the AH.

Putting these things on the AH has the potential of someone not knowing any better spending a decent chunk of plat only to lose their newly acquired item the second they zone into a different zone. It hurts inexperienced players (who probably spend most of their plat, if they have it, on the item). It just sux.

If this is true then anyone who posted these items should be banned and there is no way anyone can tell me they cant find out who put these items up.

I do not like it, but I can tolerate game exploits that allows players to cheat themselves out of the real value in this game until the exploit is fixed.

I can not however tolerate someone using a game exploit that takes advantage of others. I hope Turbine takes this very seriously.

This isn't the first time this has happened. They were doing it and haggle-selling them to the House D vendors. Some were taken care of, some still do the ****. Hopefully it will cease soon.

Yep, I remember earlier when people were doing it. Just that I didn't see the numbers in the AH that I saw last night and today. Looking at the greataxes, I had to scroll up and up just to find another axe that wasn't the oath of droam or the axe of the scarlet warrior...

basically they are doing it to hold it there so they can use it again when they log on, it looks like and if someon buys they just grab another one pretty lame to me

its no coincidence that every axe up there has the exact same starting bid and exact same buyout.my guess is its just one brazen ******* trying to part stupid people from thier plat and that ******* should be banned(no questions asked)because he obviously is farming the quest and knows exactly what hes doing.just my 2 cents on this............lol

Are these people nuts? Not only are they flagging themselves for a ban, but quite possibly anyone that buys the item. I tell you what, give the bum that is doing it my home address and we will handle it in REAL PVP lol. In all seriousness, this has got to be stopped

I thought they had fixed this. I remember seeing a post about some people will see some items missing from their inventory, you know who you are. They were real cryptic about it but this is what they were talking about.

Probably just a few people doing it in the hope of taking advantage of others. The AH needs to be monitored by GM's and items such as these traced back to accounts so the perpetrators can be deleted.

those posters on ah should be banned, including any account related to the same CC used with that poster and all ip's wich were logged using on that account.

It's not just the Greataxes, but Shields to. To bad too, they are so pretty to look at. I also agree those people should be shot. I almost shot my brother when he mentioned he might buy one. Lucky enough I pointed him to this thread. There is a way to trace stuff back, everything leaves a mark. It's just whether they (GM) want to spend the time to do it.
