Litz's Shroud Run 5/1/8 (non-cheesed)

Ok Don't know if by then they will have the cheese removed from the shroud/game by then but I'm deciding to rename it. Its been confusing some, and I can't explain the details here.. Anyway Next Thursday will be the same as this last Thursday, only I plan on getting further, which is what I had in mind last Thursday. Eventually I'll get it, and you'll want to be there.. So Sign up for my shroud run. As before clerics ride free. That means they leave with the scrolls and wands they arrived with (only fresher). Auxillary healers may as well, but will be determined at time of raid. This is thanks to QwijyMart who has sponsored this event, and has helped us on the path to getting er' done. Stop by one of his convienent locations today, and pick up his latest copy of "Heal Scroll" its a refreshing read..



Anyway for this run I want DPS (with all caps).. As before signing up does not guarantee you a spot, and spots are filled with KotA and DOA considered first, but anticipate many open slots for the public. Do not be affraid of wiping because we should get enough loot to pay for the repair bill . Just bring your A-game, heal pots, +5 transmuting holy greataxe, and sense of humor, also don't hog the voice channel..

I finally flagged my other lvl 16 so I can bring Throwabout 13 pally/3 rogue. Can still pick locks and should have better dps. (Although my ranged fighter with manyshot was doing pretty good)

Wondering now if I should postpone this event until the Laggy weather goes away on Khyber. It'd also let the counter reset on my chests so I move away from ransak status. Any comments?

Up to you, I haven't been in the shroud since that last update so I don't know how bad it's been in there. Either way works for me I'll still go if it's postpwned

It isn't terrible. Disco, and the fogs seem to aggravate it. As long as we avoid those spells we should be ok.

Well according to the log on screen... they are addressing the lag issue right now. If you choose to believe that or not is your choice. Litz if you want to bring your fighter, I can bring boozr and take care of the buffs and what not.

Forget it I'm done leading this raid.. Not going to raise a big stink about some people who sign up and don't show or can't be ontime that kind of post is for guildmates. What I am upset about is the lag again. There were some questionable quality pugs in this group, one in particular stood out amoung the rest. Won't single him out, but he cast 12min buffs and acted like he was doing us a extreem favor in doing so. Then when the lag hit like it did us all he just pulled the cord on his connection and that was it we were out a important char.. Frankly tho if the lag wasn't there I could go on without him. But I've wiped now in the shroud a few times due to lag and on this run it was the first time wiping on part 1... I quit.. When is grand theft auto coming to PC?

Sorry for my mistake, Litz. I honestly miss read the time. I waited a half hour(after what I mistakenly thought start time to be). I had a friend ask me to run with him. I told him I was supposed to run with you, and he waited 10 minutes, while I waited for your LFM. I did a quick search of the who panel and did not see you(didn't know you would be on an alt), so I joined him.

I was running my Lowbie keeping an eye on the LFM's. About 9:50 est you were down to only looking for Clerics, so I didn't bother logging Boozr in.
