Was on a Reaver run last week, and the group pulled 7 items. NOw granted 3 or 4 of them were Tenderizers, but it was 7 out of 12 got raid hits. Perhaps the Tor is getting lonely and trying to draw people back from the Shroud....You know, like it was sorta in a universal Ransack state and now it is reset and dumping goodies on us.
