So my original 28 pt build is still going strong and I am now considering working khopesh's into his arsenal. I have list my build below and would grealy appreciate everyone's thoughts if it is even worth it. I would do it more beause i like the khopesh and note that it has some advantages to the d axes I carry. Dual shroud khopeshs would be impressive through.
Here you are:
Klinther Axewielder
Ranger 12 / Fighter 4
Hp: 408
Unbuffed stats
Str: 28
Dex: 23
Con: 22
Int: 10
Wis: 18
Cha: 6
Choosen Feats:
Dodge, Mobility, Spring Attack, Toughness, Power Attack, IC: Slashing, WF: Slashing, WS Slashing, Oversize two weapon fighting
Enhancments:
Fighter haste boost 2, Ranger Sprint boost 2, Axe Attack 2, Axe Damage 2, Dwarf Constitution 2, Dwarven toughness 4, Ranger FE Attack 2, Ranger FE Damage 3, Ranger Tempest 1, Ranger energy of the wild 2, Ranger dex 2, fighter str 1, fighter tough 2
So basically I am set up to do lots of damage with axes. The only two feats that are really plausible to switch to Khopesh are WS Slashing (i.e. +2 dmg) and OTWS (i.e. lower attack penalty for using two non light weaps) - i am leaning towards OTWS.
Obviously when using khoepshes i also gain nothing from Axe attack 2 and axe damage 2.
Assuming i have two GS khopeshes and all the required ingredient to get to tier 2 upgrades (eventually going holy, good burst, good blast on one and holy, acid burst, acid blast with mineral II on the other), is it worth it?
Thanks for your advice.
