Bouncy bounce?

After the initial patch this morning....I noticed some...bounce. Hasted, I would take about 4 steps....then hesitate for a split second, 4 steps...hesitate over and over. (Yes, it was different unhasted, ie about 2 steps hesitate).

I have never had this problem before...ever, and attributed it to the update. I had hopes that the downtime tonight would have alleviated the problem. This is not the case.

Is this a known issue....heck...is this even an issue that someone else is experiencing?

Any thoughts?

It was happening to me on my cleric this morning when I would cast Heal - about 4-5 seconds later it would it.

Seems to be ok tonight.

This is normal, and a part of twitch gaming. Either that or it's a problem with Turbine's ISP. I have no problem with any other game.
