I'm sure plenty of people have noticed that the blocklist for Peerguardian prevents access to the DDO servers (and I think Turbine mentioned it in their FAQ). While there are existing ways to get around this, they aren't exactly ideal, since they involve either shutting down Peerguardian or they may not cover all Turbine server IP's. So I recently took the time to do a whois lookup for all addresses registered to Turbine Entertainment and create a list for Peerguardian to unblock them.
The list is basically just a specially formatted txt file containing the IP ranges for Peerguardian to import. You can download it here:

Alternately, If you need instructions on how to import the file into Peerguardian, I've set up a zip file that you can download and extract. It contains both the list file and instructions in html on how to use it. Please note that if you just open the zip file in Windows without extracting it first, the images in the instructions may not display. Here's the download for the version with instructions:
