Heavy Crossbows

Any value or use for these? I picked up a couple of very exceptional ones (statwise) lately and curious if I should roll up a ranged character to use them.

Any char can use one....that's a value.

Will anyone buy one? Doubtful.

But I keep good ones and pass to toons that need a decent ranged wep.
