Trading Fanion for +2 tome of Con and Dex

Looking to trade Fanion(1 point of permanent damage, still 144 durability left) for a +2 DEX Tome and +2 CON tome. MSG or MAIL Saphyr in game.

Fanion stats are +4 Twilight Mithril Heavy Steel Shield of Magi/Greater False Life.

Actually, most are bound as soon as you get them, equipped or not. Sorrel was bound as soon as I selected it (I checked b/c I knew a couple of the others weren't bound.)

Fanion and death's door don't bind. I've equipped a death's door and put it in a trade window afterward to show someone. I know a couple people who sold their fanions on the AH after using them for a while.

I bought a Sorrel off the AH a few months back and it had no binding conditions. Might have just been the early ones then that didn't bind or something.

No it is not bound, if it was bound i wouldnt be able to trade it, i even double checked to be sure. It does not bind.

Also its got 1 point of permanent damage, and bound items dont take perm damage.

Shields always have been unbound, unless a change was hidden in mod 6 or 6.1 for new ones.
