i truly have no idea what this is worth.... im not a big haggle guy, but i know lots of peeps are... so be fair, let me know what interesting trinkets u might have laying around i suppose and well make it happen... sorry so vague, but i don't want to ask for something i want/need and have a bunch of peeps squawking over my crazy ideas ... although... i am respeccing my heavy repeater dude, changing over to light repeater...... i have all the heavys besides wop and got that in a light so.... im still in need of a few thanks, also large ingreds r always sweet

It is the current max haggle item in the game (no RR ones have been seen that I know of). For those who have hagglebots it is the best item they can have to boost haggle into the 60s and possible more. Its real benefit is economic. The difference between a +13 and a +15 item is 0.5% on each item IIRC (0.25% per point of Haggle). So if someone was buying 100,000 worth of scrolls, they would now spend 95,500 on that stack of scrolls. Not a lot for a single transaction, but if you are buying supplies for a guild or lots of friends, it will add up. (same boost when selling too). So except for bragging rights, its value really depends on the volumn of use you make of it. (If you spent 10,000,000 gold, you would save 50,000 gold with the +2 boost). If you spent 500,000 gold to buy the item, you would need to make 100,000,000 gold in transactions to break even (assuming you had a +13 already).

So, is it a very nice item. Yes. Is it extremely valuable, ....depends.
