For classes is it the same as PNP were if you take certain feats and skills you can be an arcane archer or dwarven defender etc?

The current implementation of prestige classes like arcane archer in this game is as a line of enhancements. Currently elves or rangers can take the arcane archer enhancement, rogues can take way of the mechanic, assassin or thief-acrobat, bards can take spellsinger, virtuoso or warchanter, and rangers can take deepwood sniper, tempest or arcane archer. If you have a character of the right race or class, can check the "show unavailable" box on the enhancement screen to see the requirements and benefits for any you might be able to qualify for. There are also enhancement lines for several ingame religions available to clerics & paladins - Silver Flame, Sovereign Host, Lord of Blades (Warforged only), Undying Court (Elf only) and Vulkoor (Drow only). The enhancements for improved dragonmark use could also be considered a form of the Dragonmarked Heir prestige class.
