I'd think this is worth 75K plat minimally. Oddly, I was recently able to get a light repeater with the same attributes and even seeker +2 as well for 35K. Buying or selling repeaters takes patience since they're less in use than some other weapons. To the right buyer at the right time a nice one is worth quite a bit. But it can take a while to make the connection so don't AH it with a low start or you might not make much because there often isn't a lot of bidding on them.
