New User unable to create account.

Howdy all,

I have a friend who is trying to join this game using a trial account. However, when they fill out the "Turbine: My Account" page they get a very strange error in the Forum Account area. The Account name has the green "Your forum username is valid."
Your current username is available!" And the Password area (in both places) has the green "Your forum password is valid." But between the forum username and the forum password areas there is an error message that says:

No FORUM_DB_TABLE_PREFIX defined for .

The "Submit" button can not be clicked - and therefore the user can not create an account. As such he is not playing and is barely keeping his interest in playing this game.

Please help ASAP!!!

Thanks for answering, however I apologize for not clearly stating that my friend was on the DDO Turbine website where this error occurred. I can log into the game using my account from his machine with no problems. So his problem is obviously with the DDO account site, which just went under 2 days of "repairs". Call me crazy, but perhaps the site is not "fixed". Look forward to your response.

I would suggest contacting account management for this issue.
