I'm sure there's a thread on this subject but I can't find it. I was told to submit a ticket to a Gm to find out how many completions I had so I logged in on one of my 8 Shroud ready toons, submitted a ticket, got a response within 3 minutes, was informed I had to make a ticket for each toon and then was told how many I had on that one.
No problem so far. Since then ,however, every Gm I have spoken to has gotten me increasingly upset at the lack of communication going on over this as each and every one has told me to type/ quest completions to find out my total. When I explain to them that this as not my first day playing DDO and I had already done that they then tell me to submit a bug report. After that happened to the 2nd and 3rd GM's I dealt with I began wording my tickets so that a person with a nominal grasp of English would be able to determine that I had typed in the proper command, had successfully gotten a count from a GM for a different character, had submitted a bug report, and could they please just bypass telling me to do all of that and pass me along to a senior GM. This always takes forever of course so I am still trying to get a count on 4 of the 8.
It would be nice if someone down at Turbine would put in a memo to whoever answers the tickets in India or wherever to first: read the ticket, and second: educate the GM's so they are all on the same page. It's really silly to have to make so many tickets in the first place but to have to wait for someone with EFL ( English first language ) to get you the right answer is maddening. Some of the Gm's might as well admit that they never read your ticket because they ask one redundant question after another. HELLLLLLLP (;
