Well, I'm home for the weekend, and I tried installing DDO on my brothers computer, only to get this error message every time I try to launch it. Now normally, it should be downloading a patch for the launcher, then restarting, but now it just crashes.
This appears to be the error message I -think-
System.ArgumentException: Font 'Arial Unicode MS' doesn't support style 'Regular'.
Is that seriously a font error? I'm dumbfounded how to fix this.

This error is normally caused by a non-standard (not TTF, TrueType Font) that is trying to take the place of the font that the launcher is trying to load. Normally you can resolve this error by browsing to your fonts folder (normally c:\Windows\Fonts) and deleting (or moving to another folder if you would rather do that) any fonts that are not marked as TrueType. It's likely you have an Arial font that is causing the issue.
