I am entertaining offers on a greensteel item of your choice (yes I have the ingrediants, no I will not seperate them) with which I will include ALL the ingrediants to do your first and second upgrades. All you have to supply are the greensteel stone of change power cells, signet stone and the time. Otherwise you get tier 1 ingrediants (whatever you need), tier 2 ingrediants + power cells and tier 3 ingrediants + power cells. You have to get your own power shards and do the crafting, since if i do it for you it will bind to me.

I was just as confused as Pecky do to that line. Even the line after it makes it look like there is an option for tier 3 materials. Thus a question. No biggie.
