Very nice, the price of tome pages just went down, lol. Hope he gets the W/P rapier, I'd think it's not quite worth that though. He should definitely get something nice from a Sorc for it though.

Is an extra 100 SP's worth a w/p rapier? Meh. Not to me its not.

As I said I doubt he'll get a rapier for it, I know I wouldn't , but a very nice pull and a sorc without skivver will snatch it up and pay well for it.

More sp's and less cost just for making a second tier shroud item. If sp's are your game they don't make a random drop better than you can create with shroud items.

I believe the ideas is that you use a shroud item and this item or a Skiver in order to net an additional 100 sp (for a sorc).

Hrm... So this item with blue dragon armor no need to go through the pain of trying to get a full tome set to get a skiver, and you could create a exceptional wis/int/cha item from shroud so a drow caster/cleric could be running around with a 38wis/int/cha if they are lucky enough to have gotten a +3 tome not to shabby Id say.

Max is actually 40 with a drow: 20 Base, 4 at levels, 3 enhancement, 6 item, 3 tome, 1 litany of the dead, 3 shroud item.

You can hit 42 without the Litany item...cause really, how many people have that!?
