It's probably worth about as much as you can get from the House D weapon vendors (unless you get lucky on the AH). Yeah maladroit of bonebreaking might be somewhat useful situationally, but not many people are looking for them (and those that do, can probably find one on the vendors with a little effort. I know I've seen several on there in the past).

It's unfortunate that that's about the only weapon combo that's as rare as Wounding//Puncturing, and it is generally lame.

The low % chance to crit kills it.
