Oh, come now... Sure, dragonscales are far from cutting edge, but someone's gotta have some scales floating around. It doesn't even have to be a full set, any blue will do!

I will give you one blue scale for a full set of white.

And I'm a reasonable kind of guy. I understand that the relative value of Black and White scales has dropped. So, I can add in PP as a sweetener or do x:y quantities. I'm just trying to avoid scales on the AH and would rather deal with players directly.
There's gotta be somebody on Argonnessen that wants these things!
