Yes, last one I sold was for 100K plat, don't know what it goes for now, that was a while ago.

If there were some type of curse prevention i'd be all over this for my intimitank. Is there a save on the curse on the mobs or even for yourself?

havent tested it yet.. just sorta looted it and left it in my inventory.

Yep save for both, it's a rather low save DC. Probably same as cursepew 17 will i think.

Also it's super chaotic heh, it can do allot of things -
Curse yourself
Curse your enemy
Remove your curse
Remove your enemies curse

But yea the save is low enough that you almost never curse yourself, and if you do you quickly just by geting hit. Also when it lands on an enemy i bellieve its permanent, so its a decent item.

I loved my cloak of curses while I had it.

IMO, it works something like this:
30% chance to cast curse on melee attackers
20% chance to cast remove curse on melee attackers
10% chance to cast curse on the wearer
40% chance to cast remove curse on the wearer

Those are just guesses from my experience with the cloak.

I'd gladly trade you something for it or buy it. Not that I actually need or will wear it but I like collecting odd items such as that. ^_^

Haha went into vale to test it out... I let the troll hit me a couple times then he got cursed... I drank a barkskin and haste pot afterwards (I also didnt have my +5 prot cloak, because I had cloak of curses on)





Also tested on some of the little critters out in the vale... they failed every time they got affected by it, i comboed cloak of curses with the emerald claw talisman. The two worked perfect with eachother, when the cursed critters could touch me that is!

I only got cursed 1 time and that was on a 1, a hit or two later the curse was removed automatically by the cloak.

Pretty good item imho, as for the curses on the wearer... remove curse clicky is so easy to find even on the AH, I can't see this as an issue. Sometimes it was remove before I could barely notice I was even cursed so
