Generaly if you spec out a feat for which you have enhancemetns using the feat as a prerequisite, you loose the enhancemetns and must re-spend the AP on something else. I've personaly done this (although not with toughness).

If the minos helm lets you take toughness enhancements I'd be suprised. If it lets you keep them while speccing out toughness, that doesn't suprise me quite as much although I wouldn't count on it not being seen as a bug and getting changed at some point.

Ill take Dexxanns word that it works as I've no direct expereince with it myself although I may play around with it if I have the extra gold as I do have some minos helms and some characters that don't currently have toughness.

I changed my Battle Cleric's Toughness Feat out for Cleave long time ago and my Battle-Ranger-Rogue Also.

If you drop the helm you lose all the Hit Points you have obtained from Chain.

I use the character build. It's pretty solid elf so far (6 level). The low intimidate helps a lot, I rarely use diplomacy, but looks like a good option since I got not really high AC. The main problem at the moment are fire/electricity spells that damage me far then most bosses.

BTW Good falchion is not really cheap. At level 6 I can buy +4 falchion for 4-5k pp, but I have no money for this. :-) Good full plate past +2 level is not cheap as well.

Heh, thats because the build is from 2008 when falchions were not very good due to animation swing timers. Now with attack normalization, Falchion has become the flavor of the week for min/max 2hand fighters. Consequently, the price has skyrocketed similar to Khopeshes.
